Admissions Inquiry

Admissions are accepted 24-hours a day 7 days a week, including holidays. Please come tour our facility in person and see the difference our staff strive to make daily in the lives of our residents.

Visitation

To ensure the safety of our residents and staff, our facility follows federal, state and local guidelines relating to visitation. 

Visiting Hours
Based on the daily activities and needs for our residents, recommended visiting hours are 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will insurance cover my stay?
We accept private payments, Medicare, Medicaid, and several other commercial insurances.
Will I receive a private room?
At Villa Rosa, we have semi-private and private rooms. Our private rooms allow us to accommodate patients whose medical conditions require a private room, such as those patients with SARS.
What activities are offered at Villa Rosa?
Our Activities Department interviews all residents about their likes and dislikes so we can provide activities that keep our residents engaged. We have bingo, arts and crafts, and community planned activities as well.
What do I need to do if I am interested in transitioning my loved one from short term care to long term care?
Please stop by or set up an interview with the Business Office Manager and Medicaid Specialist. They will assist you with the application process, and payment options – Medicaid or private pay.
Do you offer hospice services?
We currently affiliated with four hospice groups. Ask our Social Work Department for more information.
